These terms of use govern your use of our site. Please read these terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these terms of use, please do not use this Website. Your continued use of this site confirms your acceptance of these terms.


We accept PayPal and Card Payments (via WorldPay)

Payment is due as soon as the order is completed. If the payment is not made and items are left in the basket, the basket will automatically empty itself after 45 minutes of inactivity on the site.


Shipping Fees

The shipping fees are as follows:

For orders 2kg & under

*UK- Flat fee of £3.49 with Royal Mail 1st class standard or 2nd class signed
*European Countries- Flat rate £12.99
*Worldwide – Flate rate £19.99

All our parcels are sent via signed delivery,please ensure someone is in to receive it.In the circumstance of no one being at home Royal Mail will leave a note for your order to be collected from your local office.Please take note they will only hold your parcel for up to 18 days,thereafter it will be returned back to us.In this case we will not refund you your p&p price.

For orders weighing 2KG or more p&p will be extra ,we will therefore contact you via email to give you the accurate pricing ,extra costs will have to be paid before we dispatch your order.


Delivery Timelines

For all UK orders we estimate delivery to be within 1-5 working days. International orders can take up to 7-15 working days depending on the country.


Missing/Lost Orders

If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days, please contact us so we may enquire with  Royal Mail about your order. Although it is very rare for a parcel to go ‘missing’, we will do our best to liaise with the postal system to locate your parcel. Please remember that we cannot make any claims until one month following the postage of the order.


Returns & Exchanges

We will exchange or refund Abayas/clothing provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn condition, unwashed with the swing tag still intact and in the packaging it was sent in within 14 days of the buyer receiving it. All shipping costs are incurred by the buyer.

In the interests of hygiene we have a strict No refunds or Exchanges on Hijaabs and pierced jewellery ,unless the item is damaged/faulty. In order to process a refund we will require you to send us an email with proof (in the form of a picture) within 7 days of receiving your order.


All requests for an exchange/Refund must be emailed to: alina_jewels@hotmail.com stating the reason of return.

Once we have authorised your exchange/refund, a returns address will be provided to you in which you will have to return the item to Alina Jewels within the time stated. If the item(s) is/ are not returned to us within the 7 days period from the date the return has been authorised, an exchange/refund will be refused.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging (Mailing bag, box etc).

Please note original p&p charges are non refundable,we will refund you for the returned  product(s) only.



We will only exchange/refund if the condition that the item(s) is/are unused, unwashed and in such condition that will be resalable. Any items returned in damaged condition caused by the customer will be returned back to customer and no exchange/refunds will be authorised.

Once your return has been received, it may take up to 5 working days for your exchange/refund to be processed.

The item is your responsibility to return to us and we recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Alina Jewels will not reimburse the cost of return shipping costs.


Unclaimed Parcels returned  back to us (alina jewels)

On unfortunate occasions, parcels are sent back to us if they are not claimed by the buyer at the address provided. In these circumstances, shipping fees would have to be repaid in order to send out the parcel for the second time.

The customer can ask for a refund  for the item(s)  but this would be minus any shipping fees.

We will not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided or for the parcels not being claimed by the buyer.


We reserve the right to refuse refunds if all the above procedures have not been followed.



Pre-Ordered Items

If you place an order from our ‘pre-order’ section alongside other items from us, it will all be shipped together. If you wish, for your other items to be shipped separately, please make a separate transaction.

We have a strict No Refunds/Exchanges on Pre ordered items.

All Pre-Orders take approximately 2-6 weeks to ship.


Colour Variations

At Alina Jewels, we take great caution to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colour may slightly differ from the picture, due to lighting variations during photograph and computer screens. Alina Jewels cannot be held responsible if the colour of a product varies from the picture provided on the website.
